Matthew’s Beachside Restaurant

We just spent our 30th wedding anniversary at Matthew's this past June and I must say it was fantastic! The staff, the food, the drinks, and the fun are always waiting for us when we arrive! My husband got together with Ricardo to plan our evening on the beach for dinner. It was absolutely wonderful! How could it not be! Our toes were in the sand, we watched an amazing sunset, and ate the most delicious food made for a perfect evening with our son and his girlfriend. Of course the martini that Ricardo made was great! We're spending 5 weeks in Aruba this year. Because of the excellence of the food, service & ambiance at Matthews, we've have supper there each week & will continue to do so. We've also enjoyed their breakfast & lunch.

The food at this restaurant is not only spectacular but what really makes this place incredible is the people. Jorje, Angela, William, Diana, Evie, Ricardo and Humphrey really know how to show you a great time. Go wednesday nights for some real laughs. We stayed in Aruba for a week and ate there three times. We ate at other restaurants but kept comming back to Matthew's. I look forward to returning there next year.....
