Excellent! :-)
Had a wonderful meal with my husband and inlaws at Ruinas del Mar. The setting is very romantic, especially if seated outside :-) The service was very good and the food was excellent. Would definitely dine there again. Oh, and their brunch is also one of the best on the island! :-)
An Old Favorite
This isn't a casual spot, but a real treat whenever we visit. I took relatives on a tour of the Hyatt and we walked down to see Ruinas del Mar; she promptly asked us to make reservations there! The ambiance is wonderful, although I noticed fewer black swans and didn't see any pink flamingos which have really added to the atmosphere in the past. Our group ordered chicken stuffed with figs, apricots and prunes, fish, pork chops and steak. Everyone said their meal was delicious. We opted to eat out on the patio surrounded by a lagoon where the swans and other waterfowl are usually in residence, although inside seating is an option. Extremely romantic.
Hyatt Sunday Brunch
The Hyatt Sunday Brunch should not be missed! There is something for everyone. The selection is by far, the best I've seen for the money. It has continually been our favorite for several years. The wait staff is delightful. We always bring our guests here for a special treat. From oysters to waffles to sushi to pasta....all wish a full glass of mimosa!
