Fabulous place for dinner

What a fabulous place for dinner!! I last went to the Screaming Eagle 3 years ago, the night before my mom had a beachside wedding on Aruba. I remember enjoying my meal there, and wanting to go back. My dining companion and I had a very hard time making our choices from their extensive menu, and the server suggested the chef's table. I ordered the seafood selection, and she chose the meat/game selection. Before we ordered, we were each given a sample of the gazpacho. It was perfect - icy cold, small chunks of the various veggies, delightfully seasoned. We each asked for a cup of the gazpacho along with our meal. We were NOT disappointed. Long story short, or it will take longer to write this than it did to eat the meal! We were each presented with a plate of 3 appetizers, including a soup. Mine - lobster bisque, a crab cake with a large calamari ring, a nice sized serving of tuna tartare on top of a crisp salad. Hers - a cream of potato soup, pate', and duck, also on a salad. The entrees were also served as small servings, four different items, totally mouth-watering. Every item was wonderful, and I wish I could remember them all. Just know that everything was perfect! Then the desserts! We were each served 5 different desserts, and if I tell you that the 3-layer chocolate mousse was great but the least interesting of all of the more-than-morsels, you must bear with me! A creamy flan, lemon pie almost like a key-lime, a tarragon parfait so incredible that we begged for the recipe, and a chocolate brownie so rich it made me wonder about my blood becoming chocolate! The service was sublime, we sat at a regular table, not at a bed. Every bite was fabulous, and we enjoyed our entire experience. The chef's table was very reasonably priced, and I look forward to another trip there.
