Poor Service

We did not go to the Pirates Nest this past spring because of the poor service we had last year. It took more than 1 hour to get our food served to us and the wait staff was not the friendliest. The food was not that great either once we got it. We complained to the manager but didn't get anything out of it. We all got served the wrong meals and ended up having to give each other the right meals.There where 7 of us that night and not one of us where happy with the meals especially for the price that they now charge. The menu had changed from the previous years and so had the wait staff. We always went there in previous years but decided this year we would skip it. They need to change the menu and add some friendly wait staff people who really care about their customers.
