Simply Fish

We love this restaurant and we come here every time we come to Aruba. Great seafood, great view of the sunset. We even brought our 2 young children along this time - they had a good selection of children's food items and the staff treated us all well.

We loved this restaurant so much we went back three times during our week long stay in Aruba. The Host/Hostess made us feel welcome from the minute we got there. For starters we had the Caesar Salad. At our request, they added extra garlic and anchovies. We loved our salads. We also had the Bouillabaisse Soup. Loved it! Entrees we loved were the Seared Scallops with Risotto, Baked Sea Bass, Macadamia Crust Grouper, and Red Snapper. The food was heavenly and I haven't even mentioned that this awesome restaurant is located right on the beach. Our table sat approximately ten feet from the shoreline. We were able to watch the sunset from our table and it was heavenly. Great food, great ambiance, and wonderful service. We were so fortunate to have had Mauricio, Rodolfo, and Asdrubal as our servers. We had other great servers, I can't remember all the names. During each dinner meal we were assigned two servers. WHAT SERVICE! They treated us like royalty. We felt so relaxed at this restaurant. They never rushed us, and respected our private time as well. They were very attentive and I would say they rate a perfect "10" in our book. We also had live music to top the night off! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

This was the second time we dinned at Simply Fish and it was just as GREAT as the first time. Very romantic. Nice way to celebrat our anniversary. Nothing but 10'S-From our initial reservation, seating, ordering, picture taking, service, friendly staff, ec., etc, etc.
