With the help of some friends, she managed her first restaurant on the island (Pizza Bob’s) and later partnered to open Ellioti’s Ristorante Italiano Both are well known and popular among tourists and locals, but Mamuris is special - this is hers. If you Google the word Mamuris, you won’t find a definition or a translation. It was the nickname given to Adriana by her brothers and sisters.
