Caribbean Turkey Breast in Banana Leaves

1 banana leaf
½ turkey breast
1 plantain
1 mango
1 shot ponche crema
Pepper & salt


1. Pan fry Turkey breast on both sides.
2. Take a banana leaf and put the turkey on top.
3. Add slices mango and plantain and drip this with ponche crema.
4. Put in oven on 180 degrees celcius for about 12 minutes
