L.G. Smith’s Steak & Chop House’s recently launched its new revamped menu. The resort has developed a new menu, staying true to its steak house roots featuring Certified Angus Beef, cooked to perfection and by maintaining the restaurant’s signature upscale dining experience while transforming it’s a la carte menu with a wide variety of avant-garde surf & turf appetizers and entrees. Sample dishes from L.G. Smith’s new menu include Tuna Cube Brûlée, CAB ® Steak & Blue Cheese Bruschetta, Two-Way Calamari, Seafood Mignon, Pink Pepper & Herb-Crusted Lamb Chop, Lavender Jumbo Shrimp, Twelve-Hour Sous Vide Pork Boneless Sirloin and Pumpkin Ravioli, among additional delectable dishes.
To set the mood right L.G Smith’s has live entertainment on Friday, Saturday & Sunday by local jazz band Live Expressions.
Besides the new L.G Smith’s menu Chef Riofrio also gave a special twist to The Lounge Midnight Grill late night menu served till the morning hours.
