For the Fall, the Sunset Grille unveiled a delicious 4-course Food & Wine pairing menu at the exciting price of $69 per person!
The menu items were carefully picked and perfectly matched to ensure to an unsurpassed dinner experience:
The first course features scallops on a bed of risotto with grilled shrimp & blueberry sauce, paired with Kendall-Jackson “Vintner’s Reserve” chardonnay.
The second course delivers a single cut lamb chop with fresh tarragon glaze on parsnip puree, escorted by Kendall-Jackson “Vintner’s Reserve” Merlot.
The main course consists of grilled Churrasco with Chimichurri sauce, grilled zucchini and tomato, and is accompanied by Kendall-Jackson “Vintner’s Reserve” Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dessert features a sampler of chef’s surprises matched with Quady Electra Moscato.
